Levels of Support
DIAS offer a wide range of different levels of support for parents and carers of children with SEND. We can provide individual, impartial and confidential support, to meet your personal needs.
The DIAS website can offer basic levels of support 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, offering information, signposting and resources that you can read download or print off.
Other support can be provided either from our dedicated front line administrative team, our 8 regional DIAS officers or by our highly skilled and knowledgeable volunteers.
We can offer support by phone, email or face to face, depending on the level of support that is required.
